Pose 502 LLC ("Pose 502," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our photo booth services, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at info@pose502.com or (502) 625-5869.
Information we collect. When you use a Pose 502 photo booth, you may choose to provide your mobile phone number and/or email address so we can deliver your photo to you. We also process the photos and videos you capture at the booth in order to deliver them and, where you have opted in, to generate an accessible description of your own photo.
How we use your information. We use your mobile number and email only to deliver the photo you took and related messages you have asked for, including an accessible, screen-reader-friendly text description of your own photo. We use your photos solely to provide the service you requested.
Text messaging. If you provide your mobile number at the booth, you are opting in to receive text messages from Pose 502 related to your photo session, including a message containing a description of the photo you just took. You must be 18 or older to provide a mobile number and opt in to receive texts. Message frequency varies but is low — you will typically receive one to a few messages per photo session. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
Sharing of your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share the contents of your text messages with third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers (for example, our messaging provider Twilio and our photo-booth platform) solely to operate the service on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to deliver your photos and messages.
Data retention. We keep your contact information and media only as long as needed to deliver your photos and provide the service, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
Your choices. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To request deletion of your information, contact us at info@pose502.com.
Children. We photograph guests of all ages at our booths, including children. Where a photo includes a minor, that photo is delivered only to the adult guest, or to the child's parent or guardian, who requested it by providing their own mobile number. Our text-messaging program is intended for adults only: you must be 18 or older to provide a mobile number and opt in. We do not knowingly collect personal information, such as a phone number, directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@pose502.com and we will delete it.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
