By providing your mobile phone number at a Pose 502 photo booth, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Program description. The Pose 502 text-messaging program delivers the photo you took at the booth and, for accessibility, a text description of your own photo so it can be read aloud by your phone's screen reader. Messages are sent only to guests who provide their own mobile number at the booth.

Consent. Providing your mobile number at the booth is your consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to provide your mobile number and opt in. By providing your number, you confirm that you are at least 18, and that you are the guest or the parent or guardian of any minor shown in the photo.

Message frequency. Message frequency is low and tied to your photo session — typically one to a few messages per session.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan and carrier. Pose 502 does not charge you for these messages.

Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
